The WRKT Launch Six

Intentional growth creates intentional success.

To ensure every new studio launches successfully, we limit the number of locations in the launch phase to six. What this means is that at any given time, only six studios are in active development. 

When one studio moves out of the launch six program and officially opens its doors, we choose the next Operator and Market that gets called up into our Launch Six Program. Simple. Focused. Earned. 

How Our Process Works

We operate on a rolling admission model:

  1. Applications are always open!

  2. We interview year-round

  3. Qualified and approved candidates join The WRKT Launch Six Waitlist

  4. Once one of the current six open, we call the next Operator and tell them it’s officially time to step into the Launch Six Program

Six in. One Opens. One moves up.

Has taken over 10 classes and spent quality time in any studio

Interested and excited to become an incredible instructor as part of the process

Is comfortable with and has some knowledge of social media and marketing
